Rugged and Light Weight

The HHM49 current probe simplifies current measurement and installation around conductors with difficult access. It may be used to measure AC currents from as low as several amps to a maximum of 3000 amps. The HHM49 current probe includes an electronics package with switch selectable ranges of 300 amps or 3000 amps. The analog output of 0 to 3 volts DC is proportional to the current being measured, and can be read by any digital multimeter, as well as chart recorders and ocilliscopes. The output signal is isolated from the hazardous conductor potential and is an exact replica of the AC current wave form in the conductor.
